While on a bike ride yesterday, I found out where Portlanders express themselves through graffiti. Walls and walls of dripping spray paint. Now, there are tiny tags here and there, but this was entirely different. And the best part is that even in defacement of public property those down-to-earth Mainers are so damn practical. Where did they decide to graffiti? The very smelly water-sewage treatment plant, which is entirely too appropriate.
